DEPRESSION
A way to get better
More than 15 million Americans a year suffer from depression, an illness that is on the increase worldwide. Depression is a complex disorder that can interfere with concentration, appetite, and sleep patterns; and more severe cases can seriously disrupt a patient’s life.
From seasonal affective disorder to bipolar disorder and major depression, Leslie Wright Counseling offer a range of effective therapeutic interventions for depression, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and referral for medication.
Addiction
Addiction & Recovery
Addiction is on the rise in the US. However, Leslie Wright Counseling utilizes carefully tailored treatment plans to treat addiction and to support sobriety. Leslie Wright Counseling utilizes the Biopsychosoical Model of Addiction to approach addiction. Patients are allowed to select from CBT therapies and Medication Assisted Treatment to fit their needs. Referral services are available to Inpatient Treatment Facilities.
Family Counseling
Leslie Wright Counseling offers family and marriage counseling to support unity and growth among family members. It is my belief that strong family units can support healthy individuals who can better apply the needed resiliency skills and coping skills in today's society.
